Annapurna Circuit Trek is one of the most popular and well-known trekking routes in the Annapurna region. The Circuit Trek to Annapurna passes through the river valleys, rhododendron and orchid bushes, Patchwork valleys, dense mossy forests, past waterfalls where we can stop to cool you so that this Trek is famous for both having trekking in the High Himalayas and exploring the natural wonders and landscape. This trek starts from low land valleys and reaches a height of 5,416 meters at the Thorung La pass. Altitude sickness is common among the novice trekkers.
In Annapurna circuit trek there is very less possible to get high altitude sickness. While passing Thorung-La we can view ice-fall coming from the peaks of Annapurna. Before crossing the Thourng-La, we reach Thorung Phedi, where we can see the Marsyangdi River flowing from the mountain ridge. A trek route is taken to Muktinath from Thorung phedi / High camp, Muktinath Temple, which is a holy Hindu temple in between Annapurna. These are Buddhist Monastery and rich cultural heritage also can enjoy the natural hot spring of Tatopani and can view mountain Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges after that we ascend towards Poon Hill. The sunrise view over Mt. Dhaulagiri in early morning form Poon Hill is breathtaking; we can enjoy the view of mountain ranges throughout our trekking trail of Poon Hill. Day to Day Itinerary

Day 01:Arrive at Tribhuvan International airport (1345meters). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 02:Information about trip and Sightseeing around Kathmandu valley. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03:Drive from Kathmandu to Besisahar (760 m). About about 6 hours. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 04:Trek to Bahundanda (1310 meters) about 6 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 05:Trek from Bahundanda to Chamje (1430 m) about 6 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 06:Trek from Chamje to Bagarchhap (2160 m) about 5 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 07:Trek from Bagarchhap to Chame (2670 m) about 6 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 08:Trek from Chame to Pisang (3200m) about 5 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 09:Trek to Manang Village (3540 m) about 5 hours . Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 10:Rest & Walk around Manang. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 11:Trek from Manang to Yak Kharka (4050 m) about 4 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 12:Trek to Throng Phedi (4450 m) about 4 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 13:Trek to Muktinath (3761m) via Throng –La Pass (5415m). About 7 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 14:Trek to Kagbeni (2810m) about 5 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 15:Trek to Marpha (2670 m) about 5 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 16:Trek to Kalopani (2530 m) about 6 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 17:Trek to Tatopani (1190 m)- Hot spring er. About 6 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 18:Trek to Ghporepani (2860 m) . About 7 hours. Overnight at guesthouse.

Day 19:Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m) and trek to Nayapul (1070m) about 8 hours. Drive back to Pokhara (1 hour). Overnight at hotel.

Day 20:Drive back to Kathmandu.. About 6 hours. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 21:Transfer to the international airport for your onward destination.

  • International airfare and airport departure tax.

Trip Note

The environmental, political and several other factors that are beyond the control of our team might be the hindrances in the trip. It is quite unusual for the alteration of whole itinerary; however, these factors can be responsible for the change and improvisation of the proposed itinerary. In such cases, the group leader or the trekking guide would decide the best alternative possible and try to minimize the problem as per the group’s interest. However, the company would not be responsible for the result of the alternatives and change in the suggested itinerary.

In case of health problems:

In case of altitude sickness and other health hazards during the trip, Lovely Nepal can charter a helicopter for you. In the case that you use this service, you can do the payment at our office. The payment receipt will be provided so that you can claim the amount from insurance.
