A- Why to Trek in Nepal?

Nepal is a naturally incredible landlocked country in South Asia. It is a perfect destination to spend vacations and it is popular due to the variations being a tiny country. You sleep in tent and foods are prepared by the kitchen staffs. It looks to be quite expensive, but the fun is ultimate.

High altitude sickness is a major health problem and other symptoms caused by it. Hygienic foods, safe drinking water and other directly affecting parts should be avoided.

Whar is altitude sickness?

When you reach around 2700 meters, you feel the symptoms of high altitude. It is not a serious issue, but if you do not respond it properly, it may cause harms. Dizziness, lack of appetite, fever, vomiting, insomnia or over sleeping are all the symptoms of altitude sickness. You can simply avoid it by acclimatization, trek high sleep low, drinking sufficient water, hot meals and soups are some way out.

Is it safe to trek?

The final option is rescue by helicopter in the final condition.
